Digital Marketing Manager
This is a ground floor opportunity for an ambitious Digital Marketing specialist to prove yourself as a marketing mastermind, by taking a product from pre-launch, all the way through to it becoming a leading international brand.

We’re a small tech company serving a niche market, with a new computer security product in the final stages of development. It will be launched into a crowded market, with established market leaders whose features are “better” than ours, and where the market research says there is no demand for our product… We believe it will be a breakout product.
You’ll be responsible for creating, executing, and managing all marketing activities for this new product. In addition, you’ll also be taking over day to day marketing responsibility for the company’s existing brand.
Despite the job title, we’re looking for a “doer”, someone who demonstrates they “get stuff done”, rather than a “manager”. If you could think of a better title, let us know…
Demonstrate an intimate understanding of what motivates people to engage and buy
Have a track record in Content Marketing with proven ability to independently create engaging and valuable content
Are highly proficient with paid Facebook advertising
Treat marketing dollars as your own, and understand how to get the optimal bang per marketing buck
Ideally have experience with mobile marketing, or otherwise can demonstrate an understanding of the field
Reporting directly to the CEO, you’ll be responsible for much of the campaign execution yourself, while working with our in-house Designer & Digital Marketing Associate, and hiring and managing freelancers for outsourcing some parts of content creation and campaign execution.
Create and maintain rich content that attracts a qualified audience to our websites and app, eg blog posts, videos, whitepapers, reports, infographics etc
Grow new leads, by converting site traffic through landing pages and effective calls-to-action
Drive qualified app downloads and engagement
Create, manage and optimise paid campaigns on search engine, social media, content distribution and retargeting platforms
Build and optimise our marketing automation and lead nurturing system
Establish closed-loop analytics to understand and optimise how our inbound marketing activity attract prospects, converts them into customers, and upsells
Recruit and manage freelancers for projects where you don’t have the expertise and/or time
Location & Hours
Partial or full-time remote working and flexible hours are open to discussion. You must be able to work in or otherwise travel to our office in Borehamwood from time to time, and be able to travel abroad frequently.
