Senior Tech Support Engineer - UK, Remote

We're looking for an experienced engineer seeking a new challenge working in a different type of environment for a vendor to the MSP community.

You'll be supporting many different types of MSPs and their varied environments and stacks.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to tickets and identify and implement solutions
  • Participate in pre-Sales meetings
  • Assist partners with implementation plans
  • Liaise with 3rd party vendors
  • Identify and suggest possible improvements on procedures & products
  • Create and update technical documentation and manuals

Requirements:

  • Customer friendly with first class communications and interpersonal skills required
  • At least one of: Datto RMM, Kaseya VSA, SolarWindsMSP and Atera
  • At least one of: Autotask PSA, Kaseya BMS and ConnectWise Manage

Laravel/PHP Developer - Jerusalem, Israel

We’re looking for a first class Server Side Developer to join the project at our downtown Jerusalem office and to help bring our vision of better security for MSPs and their small business customers to fruition.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years programming experience
  • At least one year using a PHP MVC framework, Laravel preferred
  • At least 2 years of experience with MySQL, MariaDB or PostgreSQL
  • Comfortable working with Linux servers (ssh, setting permissions, etc.)
  • Experience using HTML/CSS/jQuery
  • Experience creating and calling APIs
  • Fluent English
  • Strong desire to learn new skills and problem solve

The Role:

  • Understand the needs of our partners - and their customers - and how our solution benefits them
  • Qualify and progress new partner sales opportunities with follow-up by phone, email, text, WhatsApp, IM and social media
  • Perform effective online demos to prospective partners
  • Research accounts, identify and involve key stakeholders
  • Track prospects’ journeys through their engagement with our media and free trials
  • Close sales and surpass quarterly quotas
  • Manage the sales pipeline from opportunity to close, and transition to customer success
  • Accurately record and update all records in our CRM
  • Attend trade shows and other industry related events

Requirements:

  • Proven inside sales experience
  • Track record of over-achieving quota
  • Strong phone presence and experience making scores of calls a week
  • Proficient with corporate productivity (eg MS Teams) and web presentation tools (eg Zoom)
  • Highly tech-savvy, including MS Office, social media, and experience working with Hubspot or similar CRM
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English
  • Strong listening and presentation skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with the team
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Strong desire to learn new skills and problem solve
  • B2B experience a must, SaaS and Tech an advantage
  • International travel
